What makes me cry? Buying an item for 10k, then seeing someone selling the exact same thing or better for 5k >.<

The parts of "Napoleon Dynamite" that my History teacher showed our class for some reason almost made me cry from laughter...
Umm also "Kung Fu Hustle" - from laughter...

Not really a film but parts (mainly the end) of "Air" an anime series made me almost cry... (I heard the movie version is very sad...)

The only movie that has ever made me cry was Requiem for a Dream; you'd have to be a robot to not cry watching that movie

Basically the movie follows the lives of 4 people as their lives spiral downward due to their addiction to various drugs. It's just so graphic and visually/emotionally disturbing (especially near the end) that I couldn't help but cry and I am definitely not known to cry at movies

If you want to read more about it..

I posted '25th Hour' earlier, but did not explain myself, so why not:

Starring Edward Norton and other nice actors, it is about a man who is going to prison for a LONG time, and he has 24 hours before he is to turn himself in for incarceration, and it is about his life leading up to that.

The part of the film that truly made me cry was the tail end of the movie, when he is talking to his father and his dad says "we can keep right on driving past, let you make a new life for yourself, get a shitty job in a shitty town, and when your kids are grown, tell them how close they came to not existing".

At this point, I sat there thinking wow, this guy worked out. Then he wakes up, his face having been smashed in the night before so predatory inmates would not find him a 'pretty boy' and you, the audience, realize that whole last little bit was a daydream.

That my friends, is some powerful shit. How things COULD have gone but did not. Tear jerker.

Shindlers List: How could I forget that one? Yes the ending on that did make me weep.

The Pianist: Same here. Gut wrenching.

The Natural: Bittersweet movie. The Father/Son arch in that movie got to me.

Already been mentioned, but...
Saving Private Ryan
Schindler's List
Band of Brothers(especially the last episode when he narrates what happened to all the people and then comes to his best friend...) not a movie I know, but excellent

Something about a WWII backdrop always strikes a chord with me, so tragic I guess.

And when I was 8 or so(these I actually had the tears coming down type cry)...
The Land Before Time(when his mom died)
A League of Their Own(when she got the telegram about her husband in WWII)

I'm a dude btw.
